  • As approved in the Board of Education's Strategic Plan, all employees in the Upper Arlington City School District are considered to be global citizens who will demonstrate the skills of a 21st century learner. These skills include effective oral and written communication (including the use of electronic tools); complex, creative and innovative thinking; and self-directed individuals who work collaboratively with administrators, all staff, students, and members of the broader community.
